Free ski rental for children
Some shops in Germany, Switzerland and Austria offer free rental for kids when parents rent. For more information you can click on the link family advantage at the bottem of our home page.

Where do I find the prices of the ski and snowboard packs?
You find the prices whilst filling out the booking form. They will be shown automatically and you can see immediately how much you save.
Helmet for children and adults
You can rent helmets in the booking form as well.
Opening hours of the shops, till what time the shops are opened?
Most of the shops are opened from 08.30 hours till 18.00 hours or 19.00 hours it varies per resort. Some shops close between 12 and 14 hours.
Do I have to leave a desposit for the equipment ?
Yes, the shop might ask for a deposit. The amount of the deposit varies per shop.
Is the rented equipment insured against theft or damage ?
No, but most of the SPORT 2000 shops offer you the possibility to insure them on site. You may also check if your (wintersport) travel insurance covers theft or damage of rented ski or snowboard equipment.
Is it possible to rent only boots ?
It is not possible to reserve only boots in France. You can in the other countries.
Is it possible to rent skis or a snowboard without the boots?
Yes, you can also book skis or a snowboard only (so without boots).
Is the rent of the equipment inclusive of ski pôles ?
Yes, the ski rent is inclusive of ski pôles.
Can you guarantee that a specific ski or shoe model is in stock ?
No, unfortunately we cannot. In case a specific model is not in stock, you will be offered an eequivalent model.
If I discover on site that the shoes are too small, could I exchange to a bigger size ?
You will try on the ski or snowboard boots on site, so you could exchange them immediately in case they do not fit or are not comfortable. Generally the shops have enough equipment in stock for an exchange. You do not need to pay anything extra if you exchange equipment within the same price category. If you change from price category, you need to pay a supplement on site.
Is it possible to cancel a booking ?
You may cancel up to 3 days before arrive. After 3 days it's still posible but we need the agreement of the shop. In such a case, please send an e-mail to contact@snowpackplus.com including your booking number and bank account information. Next, we will deposit the fee on your bank account. For details we refer you to our general conditions.
I have booked equipment and would like to know if I need a voucher or so to hand over in the shop.
After receipt of your payment, you will receive a voucher via e-mail. We request you to print this and to hand this over at the shop of your destination. In exchange you will receive your rented ski equipment.
I have booked ski equipment, but I have made a mistake with the date of my arrival; I would like to fetch my equipment on Sunday instead of on Saturday. What do I need to do ?
It is not necessary to change your booking for a difference of one day. However, you may inform us by e-mail, so we can inform the local shop.
I have paid the fee for my booking and received my voucher for the shop, but I would like to cancel or change my booking. What do I need to do ?
In case of a cancellation, please send an e-mail to contact@snowpackplus.com. You may cancel up till 3 days before arrival. If you would like to book an extra package, you can do this by making a new booking using our reservation form.
I've booked one or more ski packages but Ii didn't receive any confirmation.
You might have filled out a not existing e-mail address or your address is not active. Please send us an e-mail to contact@snowpackplus.com and we can check your booking and send you the confirmation.
